Aare holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration (2006) and is currently pursuing a master's degree in Service Design and Management. He has over 15 years of experience in developing businesses in the private and public sectors and previously worked for seven years as a Business Development Specialist at Pärnu City Government. Aare is a co-founder of several companies and a consultant in business development and service design. His expertise includes advising startups and established businesses, securing EU funding for industrial area development, and leading multiple service design projects in both the private and public sectors.

Lenne Lillepuu is a passionate advocate for mental health and wellbeing, bringing over 20 years of international experience in human resources and learning development, including a decade in leadership roles. As Chairperson of the Estonian Mental Health Advocacy Association for Patients and Families, Lenne actively champions the rights of those facing mental health challenges. She recently led a European Alliance Against Depression project, delivering impactful mental health training to thousands, including educators. With advanced qualifications in andragogy and personnel development, Lenne combines academic excellence with practical expertise to create environments where individuals can grow and succeed.
